TransVA 01

TransVA 01 is serum-free media for suspension cell culture, it’s high-performance media developed for BHK21 cell, can achieve high cell growth rate, cell density and viability in suspension cell culture, and can also be used to adapt adherent cells to serum-free or low-serum suspension culture, in just 10-20 weeks. TransVA 01 can be used for virus production processes based on BHK21 cell, such as foot-and-mouth disease virus, rabies virus, pseudorabies virus, and Newcastle disease virus.

Besides BHK21 cells, TransVA01 can be used for low-serum adherent culture of various kidney-derived cell lines, including MDCK, PK-15, Marc-145, with good versatility. The liquid package does not contain L- glutamine, while the powder package contains L- glutamine.
