With years of manufacturing experience, Duoning provides customers with 15 L, 30 L, 50 L, 100 L modular-designed pilot-scale system for microbial fermentation, and customized >200 L production-scale fermentation system. The pilot fermentation systems are widely used in the culture of bacteria, cocci, filamentous bacteria, plant cells, yeast, for optimizing the conditions for large-scale production process, or for clinical material manufacturing. The expert team can provide customers with process design, pipeline construction, system integration and manufacturing, control software development and other services.

 

System Features

Ÿ   Modular design, space saving, small footprint;

Ÿ   Sterilization-in-place, easy to use, labor saving;

Ÿ   Equipped with in-place sampling valve for aseptic sampling;

Ÿ   The rational use of axial flow impeller and radial flow impeller provides a high oxygen transfer rate to ensure the demand for high-density culture;

Ÿ   Electric heating for temperature control, achieving rapid heating and cooling, suitable for the production of temperature-induced products;

Ÿ   Enables remote monitoring and communication;

Ÿ   Temperature control using jacket and tank internal dual PID control loop, achieving stable temperature control, high accuracy within ±0.1℃;

Ÿ   Pin type feeding port, easy to use, optional for sterilization-in-place feeding valve group;

Ÿ   Standard configuration with rotameter, optional air/oxygen mixer and mass flowmeter;

Ÿ   Air intake/exhaust filter sterilization can be carried out independently to meet the requirements of filter replacement during the culture process;

Ÿ   Pipeline and frame adopt open design, easy to use and maintain;

Ÿ   Pipeline adopts 3A standard, comply with GMP and BPE requirements;

Ÿ   All valves or instruments can be switched between automatic and manual mode with one click control on the main screen;

Ÿ   Instrument/valve control mode: manual control mode can be selected in the main control screen - you can manually switch the valve or instrument; Or automatic control mode: PID control can be selected

Ÿ   Dissolved oxygen control: DO can be controlled by selecting AIR/O2 flow rate or stirring speed;

Ÿ   Multi-user authorization: multi-level user authorization with password protection to avoid process parameters and data been arbitrarily modified;

Ÿ   Software allows for parameter setting, display control, parameters monitoring, curve analysis, data storage, and output printing;

Ÿ   Multiple levels of control and viewing authorizations.
