Affinity chromatography resin

Affinity chromatography resins are mainly used for the capture and purification of monoclonal antibodies/bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins or other protein molecules with specific binding sites. Considering different purification requirements, Bogen (A Duoning company) provides affinity chromatography media based on polymer hard gel matrix (three series of HP/CP/GP according to pore size) and agarose soft gel matrix.

 

The hard gel chromatography resin developed by Bogen uses high-strength hydrophilic polyacrylate beads as  matrix, and adopts unique flexible hydrophilic modification technology to further reduce non-specific adsorption caused by hydrophobic microsurface of hard gel chromatography resins , which helps to improve protein recovery and robustness of purification process.

 

Bogen has developed industry-leading multi-scale micro-nano structure control technology, which can realize the precise regulation of the pore size of the chromatography resin. Based on the size of protein molecular weight, we can provide chromatography resins with different pore sizes:

 

Ÿ   HP series affinity chromatography resins: suitable for molecules with MW <200 KD

Ÿ   CP series affinity chromatography resins: suitable for molecules with MW 100 KD-300 KD

Ÿ   GP series affinity chromatography resins: suitable for molecules or viruses/vaccines with MW > 150 KD

 

Antibody Purification Resin

 

Antibody Purification Resin(GP-ProA) is alkali-resistant affinity chromatography resin developed for purification of monoclonal antibody/bispecific antibody, separating antibody of interest from the impurities through the specific binding between ProA ligand and antibody. This product uses super-macroporous polyacrylate beads as matrix and alkali-resistant recombinant ProA as binding ligand, featuring high flow rate, low back pressure, and high stability, which are obvious advantages in commercial manufacturing of antibody-based biopharmaceuticals.

 

Antibody Purification Resin(ProG) is affinity chromatography resin specially developed for purification of antibodies from ascites and serum. This product uses agarose-based soft gel beads as matrix and r-ProG as binding ligand, achieving high binding capacity and long life cycle.
